This is my tested and true simple and relaxing Pilates routine that takes my mind from buzzzzzing and busy in the evening to chilled-out and ready for some deep zzzzzz's!

I  created it because I often find it difficult to go from switched on to ok, time to slow down and sleep now and was bored by the cycle of wired but tired that was impacting my mind and my mood! This is my personal routine, I'm excited about sharing it with you here.
